Stephanie Kinnaman

Stephanie started working at Bethesda in 2017. As Administrative Coordinator, she works 15 hours a week, mainly managing volunteers at the front desk and coordinating the church calendar. She enjoys a flexible schedule of working five hours for three days during the week.She can vary her scheduled times to be available to the front desk volunteers and for other responsibilities as they come up. Each month she posts her schedule beside her office door. She says the best parts of her job are definitely the people and the great things going on at Bethesda. “I love meeting all the people involved in the daily goings on. I enjoy scheduling and problem solving. Stephanie attends the 11am Sunday service and is involved with the Neighborhood Gatherings, VBS, and Ruth Circle. Stephanie used to shoot compound bows with her Dad when she was a kid. Last summer, she and her husband, Steve, started shooting at Cascadian Bowmen range. She and Steve have two children. Silas, 24, who lives in Bellingham, Washington and Saige, 17, a Senior at Churchill High School.

 

 

Bill Vaughan

Bill has been serving as the Bethesda Custodian for almost 3 years. His jobs include cleaning and maintenance of the church building and security for our park and property. Some of the things he likes best about his job are interacting with people and welcoming the preschoolers and their families in the morning. On Fridays, his wife Penny joins him to clean and prepare the sanctuary for services on Sunday. They have been doing this together since they started dating. Bill attends the 8:30 Sunday service and the Neighborhood Gatherings. Bill was a tank mechanic in the US Army. He says, “I married my best friend in October of 2018. I like riding my motorcycle with Penny and my friends.” Bill’s family includes 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
